Digital Training

A new, digital means of training your staff in all aspects of incident investigation

Key Learning is a new online, interactive training resource from Matrix Risk Control. It allows organisations to train their staff via e-learning in all aspects of incident investigation.

Who is Key Learning for?

Key Learning is available to everyone. It is particularly ideal for larger organisations who need to train multiple employees across various geographical locations.

Key Learning ensures that all staff are trained to the same high standard. The training modules are available in multiple languages.

Why choose Key Learning?

Key Learning offers many advantages; some of these are:

– Key Learning modules are immediately available and can be accessed from a desktop, laptop or tablet at a time and place to suit.

– Multiple team members across various locations can be trained to an identical, high standard. Key Learning modules are available in multiple languages.

– Selectable case studies ensure that learning is relatable. Key Learning modules can also be completely customised to reflect your organisation’s own imagery, case studies and brand identity.

– Key Learning allows organisations to side-step the hidden financial and environmental costs of classroom courses, such as travel and time out of the office.

How does Key Learning work?

One of the main advantages of Key Learning is its accessibility. There’s no need to wait for the next scheduled classroom course – learners can begin immediately.

There are two ways to access the interactive modules:

  • Via the Matrix Learning Portal we can enrol your staff for a per-user fee. All they require is an internet connection and an up-to-date browser.
  • Already have your own Learning Management System? All Key Learning modules are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration and hosting on your own LMS.

How effective is online learning?

Key Learning modules are designed for maximum user engagement, with relevant interactive exercises throughout to ensure understanding. A final examination provides both learner and employer with a proven record of attainment.

Learners don’t always get the chance to put their learning into practice immediately. Key Learning is therefore ideal for those who wish to refresh their knowledge by dipping back into the materials periodically.
