Matrix Investigation Support Scheme (MISS) - `Don`t MISS anything!`

What is MISS?

MISS is a unique membership Investigation Support Scheme managed by Matrix Risk Control (UK) Ltd. Scheme members can access support and guidance 24/7 via a telephone hotline, should the need arise, when dealing with an Investigation. Members will gain direct access to an experienced and accredited investigator who will, if required, provide free telephone consultation to help ensure you are on the right track with your investigation, root causes and corrective actions. We will help improve your investigation skills and give you the support you need during a critical investigation. There is no such thing as a `silly question`! Should you need to call us out for direct support then members will receive a priority response together with a 10% discount on our standard call out fees.

Why was the scheme introduced?

Our experience from running many Investigation courses is that students often return to the workplace tagged as `Investigation Experts`. Attending one of our courses is a great foundation for the role of incident investigator, but continuous improvement and support is vital. We know in reality just how daunting and lonely it can be leading an investigation, so we recognise that confidential, 24/7 access to a 3rd party senior investigator, will be a great source of comfort and advice. Often a short chat is all that it takes to provide the reassurance that you are on the right investigation track.

How to join the scheme

Every student on a Matrix Training Course will have the opportunity to become a member of the scheme providing them with unique direct access to experienced investigators. Their individual membership card will provide them with contact details for 24/7 support.

What additional benefits will a member receive?

In addition to free investigation telephone support, members will receive a priority response in the event that live support is required from a Matrix Investigator on site. Further, this support will be at a discounted rate of 10% of our standard call out charge.

Members also receive a 10% discount on any Matrix Risk Control (UK) Ltd on-site Courses.

What happens after 12 months?

We will contact you in the month prior to the expiry of your membership inviting you to re-join at a discounted rate. There is no obligation whatsoever to continue membership of the scheme.

Is it confidential?

Any advice we provide via the helpline is 100% confidential and will be shared with no one without your permission, unless we are legally obliged to pass on/report that information.
