Our interactive training model incorporates the world leading R2S (Return to Scene) technology which enables the scene to be taken to you.
The course will cover:
- Corporate Liability in relation to a death in the workplace
- The impact of a Police led investigation
- The Health and Safety culture of your organisation highlighting gaps if they exist
Delegates will participate in a number of challenging facilitated exercises, designed around a death in the workplace scenario. This will ensure a renewed and critical awareness of executive responsibilities.
- The rigours of a formal Police style interview at the 'sharp end' in a live exercise scenario
- The exacting demands of media intrusion, together with an appreciation of the demands and expectations of grieving relatives.
- Media strategy input and 'Talking Heads' exercise

Towards the end of the day you will be challenged to perform the role of a juror based on the evidence of the day's events! Was this a case of Corporate Manslaughter and if not why not!! Once you listen to the case for both the prosecution and the defence...you alone decide!!
