19-Dec-2010 New for 2011, we introduce the Matrix Investigation Support Scheme MISS - make sure you do not Miss Anything!

MISS is a membership investigation support scheme managed by Matrix Risk Control (UK) Ltd. Scheme members can access support and guidance 24/7 via a telephone hotline should the need arise when dealing with a Crisis or an Investigation. Members will gain direct access to an experienced and accredited investigator who will provide free telephone consultation to answer questions to help ensure you are on the right track. We will help improve your investigation skills and give you the support you need during a critical investigation. Equally there is no such thing as a `silly question`. Despite our instructors having a wealth of high level investigation experience they often seek advice from peers. Should you need to call us out for direct support then members will receive a 10% discount on our standard call out fees.
